Art for Spaces
Photographic art, selected from a broader archive and shaped around the space — its architecture, scale, and the atmosphere it should hold.
Some interiors are beautifully designed and still call for a final sense of presence. The right artwork gives a room a visual centre: mood, depth, and identity that remain with people after they leave.
Mikko Lagerstedt’s photographs bring the northern landscape into interiors through silence, light, distance, weather, and emotional atmosphere. Each work is selected in relation to the architecture, natural light, and intended feeling of the room.
Used as a single statement piece or across an entire property, the work creates a refined visual language for the setting: recognisable, quiet, and deeply atmospheric.
Artwork in context
Visual examples of how a work sits within an interior — scale, framing, and atmosphere. A photograph on a screen and the same work on a wall are two different experiences.
Visual examples showing scale, framing and atmosphere — not photographs of specific client projects.
From a single statement wall to an entire property, the work belongs in places where people pause, meet, arrive, rest, and remember.
Suited to
I can plan a placement end to end — which works, at what size, framed how, and delivered ready to hang.
Artwork choices, visual direction, and pairings drawn from the wider body of work.
Size, framing, and placement guidance considered for the room and its light.
A clear proposal covering the selection, sizes, framing, production, and delivery.
Scope & investment
Each proposal is tailored to the space, the number of works, their scale, and framing. There is no fixed price, because no two spaces are the same.
A proposal can include
You send photos of the wall, rough measurements, and the feeling you're after — along with any timeline.
I go through the archive and put together works, sizes, and pairings that belong in the room.
We adjust scale, grouping, and framing together until it sits right against the wall and the light.
Once the selection is confirmed, the works are produced as fine art prints and delivered ready to hang.
These are starting points, not the full range. Each proposal is curated from a broader photographic archive to suit the atmosphere, scale, and character of the space.

The work supports the room with mood, depth, and restraint. Atmosphere leads the image, and every other element serves that feeling.

Yes. I work with interior designers and architects, fitting the selection to an existing scheme and project timeline.
You share the room, mood, and timeline. I prepare a proposal with works, sizes, and possible pairings. We refine scale and framing, then the selected works are produced and delivered ready to install.
